Helium runs inside customer environments, with approvals, least privilege, and audit trails. We look for engineers and designers who treat those constraints as the product, not as a later add-on.

Traceability is the job. If you like making the next action obvious, the evidence reviewable, and the handoff clean, you will recognize the work.
