Privacy Policy
Last updated August 25, 2026
1. Who we are
This policy describes how Agens, Inc. ("Agens," "we," "us") handles personal information when you visit agensai.com, request a demo, or sign in to a Helium workspace. Helium customer operational data is processed under a customer agreement and, where applicable, a data processing addendum. That product data is not used to market the website.
Privacy questions and requests can be submitted through our contact form.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Demo and contact details. Name, work email, company, and the message you submit when you request a feasibility call.
- Account details. Work email and authentication data needed to sign in to Helium, processed by our identity provider, Descope.
- Website usage. Standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages viewed. In production we also use Apollo to identify visiting companies and, for some U.S. visitors, people, so we can respond to inbound interest.
3. How we use information
We use this information to respond to demo requests, operate and secure the website and Helium sign-in, understand which organizations are evaluating Agens, improve the site, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use website form submissions to train public machine-learning models.
4. Processors and sharing
We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate:
- Google, for demo form intake
- Descope, for authentication
- Apollo, for B2B visitor identification on the public website
- Hosting, content delivery, and security vendors that process the site and APIs
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect Agens or others, or as part of a corporate transaction. Helium operational content stays in environments the customer approves, as described on our security and governance page.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
The site uses cookies and similar technologies that are required to load pages, keep you signed in, and remember essential preferences. Apollo may set additional identifiers used for company identification. You can control cookies through your browser. Blocking some cookies may prevent sign-in or form features from working.
6. Retention
Demo requests are kept as long as needed to evaluate and follow up on the inquiry, then deleted or archived according to our sales records schedule. Account records last for the life of the workspace plus a limited period required for security and legal retention. Website logs are kept for a short operational window unless needed to investigate abuse.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, or to object to certain processing. Submit requests through the contact form. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
8. Children
The site and Helium are intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
9. Changes
We will update this page when the policy changes and revise the date below. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
